Nando Boom is the stage name of Fernando Orlando Brown Mosley, a Panamanian singer known for reggae en Español. He was born on February 14, 1970, in Panama City. He began singing in 1977 and formed Nando Boom in 1985. He is considered a pioneer of reggaeton and an important figure in reggae en Español, helping shape Latin music in recent decades.

Nando Boom’s fast, energetic style and his distinctive grinding dancing helped influence reggaeton dancing and music. His best-known songs include A Danzar and Esa Chica Me Vacila, which are still popular in nightclubs across Latin America.
