The 2017 Montreal municipal election was held on November 5, 2017. Montreal voters chose the mayor, borough mayors, city councillors, and borough councillors. In total, 103 officials were elected (65 on the Montreal City Council plus 38 borough seats). About 1.14 million people were eligible to vote, and turnout was 42.47%.

Key results
- Mayor: Valérie Plante of Projet Montréal won with 51.42% of the vote (243,594 votes), defeating Denis Coderre of Ensemble Montréal, who had 45.66% (216,321 votes).
