Basketball at the 2011 All-Africa Games – Women's tournament

The women’s basketball tournament at the 2011 All-Africa Games was held in Maputo, Mozambique, from September 2 to September 12. Twelve national teams took part, with the competition featuring a group stage followed by knockout rounds.

Senegal won the title, earning their seventh All-Africa Games women’s basketball championship. They defeated Angola 64–57 in the final.

Nigeria claimed the bronze medal after beating Mozambique in the third-place game.
