Worthington Kilbourne High School (WKHS) is a public, coeducational high school in Columbus, Ohio. It is part of Worthington City Schools and opened in 1991 to handle rising enrollment at Thomas Worthington High School. The address is 1499 Hard Road, Worthington, OH 43235. The principal is Aric Thomas. In the 2023-2024 school year, about 1,561 students attended, with a student-teacher ratio of around 15:1.

WKHS colors are royal blue and black, and the mascot is a gray wolf named Lobo. The teams are called the Wolves, and they compete in the Ohio Capital Conference. The school is accredited by the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools.

Students come to WKHS from McCord and Perry Middle Schools (and from Phoenix Middle School for some students). The school has a newspaper called The Ravine and a yearbook named Wolfbook. Arts in Action is a yearly spring event where students display art and take part in creative competitions, including a clay-pot throw-down.

The Kilbourne Black Watch is a student group that supports fellow students and attends many activities. A notable rivalry is with Dublin Scioto High School, known as the Battle of Hard Road; the winner gets bragging rights and a piece of the road.

WKHS offers many sports and clubs, and hosts community events, including youth basketball camps. The area is also home to the Ohio Contemporary Chinese School.
