Pseudagrion rubriceps, commonly known as the saffron-faced blue dart, is a medium-sized damselfly in the Coenagrionidae family. It is found across tropical Asia, in plains and submontane areas near weed-filled streams and ponds. It is listed as Least Concern by the IUCN.

Males have a bright reddish-orange face, an olive green thorax on top with azure blue sides, and a blue abdomen with black markings; segments 9 and 10 are plain azure blue. Females are yellowish green, paler overall, with similar blue and black patterns and segment 10 pale blue. Two subspecies are recognized.
