Mongausy is a small commune in the Gers department of southwestern France, in the Occitania region. It covers about 17.4 square kilometers and has a population of 91 (2023). The village sits at 177–305 meters above sea level (average around 297 m). The mayor for 2021–2026 is Michelle Idrac. Mongausy is part of the Auch arrondissement and the Val de Save canton. In Gascon, the town is called Montgausin.
