Michael Dondril Nattiel, born November 8, 1980 in Gainesville, Florida, is a former NFL linebacker who played for the Minnesota Vikings from 2003 to 2004. He was 6 feet tall and weighed 227 pounds during his playing days. Nattiel starred at Newberry High School, earning multiple all-state honors and high school All-American recognition. He played college football for the Florida Gators from 1999 to 2002, helped the team win the SEC title in 2000, and earned honorable mention All-SEC in 2002. The Vikings drafted him in the sixth round (190th overall) of the 2003 NFL Draft. In his two seasons, he appeared in 32 games, recorded 31 tackles and 1 interception, including an 80-yard interception return for a touchdown in 2003. He is the nephew of Ricky Nattiel, a former Gators wide receiver and NFL player. After his playing career, he returned to Florida to coach, becoming the defensive coordinator for his hometown Newberry Panthers in 2011.
