Martin Knakal (born 17 April 1984) is a Czech football defender who plays for FK Baník Sokolov. He is 1.87 meters tall and has made more than 50 appearances in the Czech top division. He also played for the Czech Republic at youth level, earning eight caps and scoring one goal for the U21 team from 2005 to 2007.

Knakal began his senior career with FC Viktoria Plzeň (2004–2007). He then played for Xanthi in 2007, followed by SK Sigma Olomouc (2007). In 2008 he was loaned to Bohemians 1905. He spent 2008–2009 with 1. FK Příbram, then moved to FK Baník Most (2009–2012). In 2012 he was loaned to TJ Jiskra Domažlice, and later that year joined FK Baník Sokolov, wearing number 4.
