Mark Andrew Stephney (born 12 March 1965 in Guyana) is a former cricketer who played for Montserrat. He was a right-handed batsman and a right-arm medium-pace bowler.

Stephney played for Montserrat in the Stanford Twenty20 tournaments in 2006 and 2008. In 2006 against Guyana, he finished as Montserrat’s top-scorer with 21 not out as they were defeated by 8 wickets. In 2008 he appeared in two more Twenty20 matches: against Turks and Caicos Islands (Montserrat won by 9 wickets; Stephney bowled 4 overs for 0 runs, and did not bat) and against Nevis (Montserrat lost; he bowled 4 overs for 32 runs and scored 9 before being dismissed).

Overall, Stephney played 3 Twenty20 matches, scoring 30 runs with a top score of 21*, and bowled 42 deliveries without taking a wicket.
