List of Weekly Idol episodes
Weekly Idol is a South Korean variety show that aired on Wednesdays at 6:20 PM KST on MBC M and at 12:00 AM KST on MBC Every1 during its early seasons.
Season 1 was hosted by Jung Hyung-don and Defconn. Season 2 began on April 11, 2018, with Lee Sang-min, Yoo Se-yoon, and Kim Shin-young as hosts. Season 3 started on January 9, 2019, with Jo Se-ho, Nam Chang-hee, and Hwang Kwang-hee.
On February 12, 2020, Jo Se-ho and Nam Chang-hee left, and special MCs joined Hwang Kwang-hee from February 19 to April 15. On April 17, Eunhyuk from Super Junior joined as a fixed host with Hwang Kwang-hee from April 22.
On April 4, 2023, Hwang Kwang-hee and Eunhyuk left after the April 12 episode, and Seo Eun-kwang (BtoB) and Mijoo (Lovelyz) replaced them starting April 19, marking the start of Season 4. A reorganization began on November 1, 2023, with Mukbang YouTuber Heebab joining the fixed cast for the mukbang segment.
On December 26, 2023, it was announced that Seo Eun-kwang and Lee Mi-joo would leave, with their last episode airing on December 27, ending Season 4. On January 2, 2024, Boom and Golden Child's Lee Jang-jun were announced as new hosts starting January 17, beginning Season 5.
The show went on a six-month hiatus after the December 25, 2024 episode and returned on June 6, 2025 as Season 6, with Monsta X's Minhyuk and Cravity's Hyeongjun as the new MCs. The new season moved to Fridays at 5:30 PM KST on MBC M and 11:30 PM KST on MBC Every1.
