Egypt Mills is an unincorporated community in Randol Township, eastern Cape Girardeau County, Missouri, United States. It lies about 12 miles east of Jackson and is part of the Cape Girardeau–Jackson metropolitan area. In June 1821, a Baptist church named Ebenezer was formed near the current site. A post office operated from 1889 until 1934. The name comes from a dedicated schoolteacher who started a Sunday school in an old mill here; one of the first lessons was about Egypt, giving the place its name. Trinity Lutheran Church was dedicated in 1881 by Pastor H. Guemmer. The location’s coordinates are 37°24′18″N 89°27′49″W (37.40500°N, 89.46361°W).
