Divya Kumar is an Indian playback singer who has sung in Hindi, Gujarati, Telugu and other languages. He comes from a musical family: his grandfather Pandit Shivram was a film composer, and his father Bhagwan Shivram is a musician who has worked with RD Burman, Jatin–Lalit and Himesh Reshammiya. His Bollywood break came with the film Tutiya Dil. He has since sung popular tracks like Shubhaarambh (Kai Po Che), Chanchal Man Ati Random (Shuddh Desi Romance), and Daingad Daingad (Humpty Sharma ki Dulhania). He also sang Maston Ka Jhund in Bhaag Milkha Bhaag (music by Shankar–Ehsaan–Loy). In 2013, he contributed to Finding Fanny and Ghanchakkar. He has been featured on MTV Unplugged and performed as a playback singer on the TV show Satrangi Sasural, with theme music by Sachin–Jigar. In 2017, he sang the title song for the Rajasthani film Taawdo The Sunlight.
