Beronono, Mahabo
Beronono is a rural municipality in Madagascar. It is in the Mahabo district of the Menabe region, about 310 meters above sea level. The population was around 5,000 in 2001. The local time is East Africa Time (UTC+3) and the postal code is 615.
Most residents work in farming (about 89.5%), with about 10% raising livestock. The main crop is rice, and other important crops include bananas, sugarcane, and cassava. Only primary schooling is available, and about 0.5% of residents are employed in services.
