Atlas of UTR Regulatory Activity
Atlas of UTR Regulatory Activity (AURA) is a biological database (version 2) that manually curates human 5' and 3' untranslated regions (UTRs) and their regulatory annotations. It covers human and mouse data and includes basic annotations, evolutionary conservation, binding sites for RNA-binding proteins and miRNAs, cis-elements, RNA methylation and editing data, and more. Through its web interface, AURA provides integrated information on RNA sequence and structure, variation sites, gene synteny, and gene and protein expression, along with functional descriptions from scientific literature and other databases. The database also offers batch analysis tools to study post-transcriptional regulatory networks from lists of genes. Release date: 2014. Access: aura.science.unitn.it. It was developed by the Laboratory of Translational Genomics at CIBIO, University of Trento. Authors: Erik Dassi, Andrea Malossini, Angela Re, Tommaso Mazza, Toma Tebaldi, Luigi Caputi and Alessandro Quattrone.
