Alimadol, also known as INN A-4020, is an opioid-like painkiller related to methadone. It was never marketed or developed for medical use. The chemical name is N-(3-methoxy-3,3-diphenylpropyl)-2-propen-1-amine, and its formula is C19H23NO with a molar mass of about 281.4 g/mol. Information on its effects and safety is limited.
