Albaik is a Saudi fast-food chain known for its broasted chicken. It is based in Jeddah and was founded in 1974 by Shakour Abu Ghazalah, a Palestinian-Saudi entrepreneur who arrived in Saudi Arabia as a refugee. The restaurant’s menu focuses on broasted chicken, with options like seafood, fries, sandwiches, soft drinks, and desserts. Albaik is the largest restaurant chain in Saudi Arabia and operates under its name in about 80 countries.
