Agus Dermawan Wintarto Martowardojo (born 24 January 1956 in Amsterdam, Netherlands) is an Indonesian economist and banker who served as Governor of Bank Indonesia, the country’s central bank, from 2013 to 2018. Before that, he was Indonesia’s Finance Minister from 2010 to 2013 under President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono.

He has a long banking career, including as CEO of Bank Mandiri from 2005 to 2010, where he reduced non-performing loans and boosted profits. He previously led Bank Bumiputera (1995–1998) and Bank Ekspor Impor Indonesia (1998–1999). Bank Mandiri paid sizable dividends in 2008, and he helped recover Rp 1.23 trillion of state money from Tommy Soeharto. In 2008 he was nominated for Bank Indonesia governor, but the legislature rejected the nomination.

As Finance Minister, he focused on promoting real sector growth and investment, with policies such as value-added tax relief for houses under Rp 70 million, removal of taxes on cooking oil for the poor, and providing upfront funding for Bulog’s rice program. He studied at the University of Indonesia and is married to Nies Berliantin. After his term as BI governor ended in 2018, he was succeeded by Perry Warjiyo.
