2025 Letran Knights basketball team

The 2025 Letran Knights represented Colegio de San Juan de Letran in NCAA Season 101 (2025-26). The season started on October 1, 2025, with Mapúa University as host. A new format grouped Letran with San Beda, CSB, JRU, and EAC in Group B. The Knights finished third in their group with 8 wins and 5 losses in the eliminations. They made the Final Four by defeating Arellano Chiefs twice, then beat top-seed Perpetual Altas in two games to reach the Finals. In the Finals, San Beda defeated Letran in two games, so the Knights did not win the championship.

Rookie guard Jonathan Manalili had a standout year, earning Rookie of the Year, Freshman of the Year, and a spot on the Mythical Five. Veteran Kevin Santos was named to the All-Defensive Team and also made the Mythical Five.

Assistant coach John Carl "Kojack" Melegrito joined the staff. The Knights saw significant player turnover: Pao Javillonar graduated; Kobe Monje was ineligible due to age and moved on; Javillonar played for Converge FiberXers and Monje was drafted in the 2025 PBA draft. Rafael Go, CJ Delfino, and Edzel Galoy turned pro or joined other leagues (Go and Delfino in MPBL, Galoy in NBL-Pilipinas).

Several players transferred out to other schools: Jace Miller to Lyceum, James Jumao-as to UST, Joseph Nunag to EAC, James Pradella and Mark Sarza to CEU. Newcomers included rookies Jonathan Manalili, Edry Alejandro, Chad Gammad, plus Syrex Silorio, Lex Gazzingan, Joss Poli, Elijah Yusi, and Edvil Mundas. Transferees for the Knights included Mark Omega, Jun Roque, Peter Rosilio, Aaron Buensalida, and Luiz Tapenio. Omega and Roque previously played for Perpetual Help Altas in NCAA Season 99, with Roque earning Mythical Team honors. Rosilio previously played for Mapúa; Buensalida played for La Salle; Tapenio came from St. Clare Colleges in NAASCU.

All games were broadcast on GTV and Heart of Asia Channel, and livestreamed via the NCAA Philippines and GMA Sports pages and channels. Times are in UTC+8.
